Join us in January for our annual winter retreat
weekend for scrapbookers, stampers and papercrafters. Enjoy

The Crop
The focus of the weekend is, of course,
YOU. Individual 5 foot
tables will be provided for each attendee in a well-lit
ballroom. You will be comfortably seated in a lightweight
ergonomic chair. Just outside the crop room are 4 computer
stations connected to the internet for your
convenience. Multiple vendors will be on hand with
scrapbooking, stamping, paper crafting, altered book supplies,
embellishments, paper, and a variety of other items. We have
a well-stocked tool stations for your use including Cricut
Expressions with multiple cartridges & more.
Hamilton Park
The Hamilton Park Hotel is renowned for their flare with food, from
elegant to casual, all designed with your crop schedule in mind!
Right outside the Scrapbooking Room will be an upscale ‘Continuous
Break Station’, which runs from 7:30am to 5:00pm, offering
everything from scrumptious breakfast food items (bagels, fruit,
yogurt, muffins, etc.) to delectable afternoon snacks (warm-baked
cookies, chips, pretzels and ice cream) along with replenished
supplies of hot and cold beverages. The beverage
station remains open late!
The
guest rooms at the Hamilton Hotel
are comfortably decorated, with natural light streaming in from
abundant windows or a French door opening to a Juliet balcony.
After a busy day of cropping, guests will slumber peacefully in the
luxury of pillow-top mattresses and down bedding. The hotel also
includes
amenities such as complimentary
wireless internet, voice mail, an indoor swimming pool, sauna
and state-of-the-art fitness room.

The cropping space at the Hamilton Park Hotel & Conference is the gold standard of crop rooms to date! I loved everything from the ergonomic chairs to my individual table to the large bright room!
