Sally Lynn MacDonald in Conneticut for the October "Cream of the Crops" Scrappetizer Weekend
Sally Lynn MacDonald has been an avid scrapbooker, stamper, paper and altered artist since 1998, when her first child was born. Subsequently, after the birth of twins, she quit her high-tech career at IBM to be home with her growing family. "This is when creativity became a survival skill!" she says.
She has been a professional instructor in the paper arts industry for several years, specializing in ink techniques and surfaces. She travels extensively, teaching workshops at stores and events throughout the United States and Eastern Canada.
She is a member of the Copic Marker Design/Blog Team, as well as being a Golden Ambassador for Tattered Angels. In addition she is a certified and/or endorsed instructor for 7 Gypsies, Graphic 45, Prima, Ranger and Clear Scraps.
For the past two years she was an active Certification Trainer for Copic Marker / Imagination International in the U.S. and Canada.
Her prior design team experience includes such wonderful companies as Cosmo Cricket and Spellbinders.
This year she had a couple of nationally televised segments on HGTV’s popular craft series, ‘That’s Clever!’.
Coming soon, she will be leading self-paced and instructor-led workshops on Stacy Julian’s innovative online education site, Big Picture Scrapbooking.
Sally Lynn and her husband Neil have been married for twenty-three years and live in Connecticut with their children, Brianna and the "Twinkies," Cameron and Courtney.
